Clarity Creates Energy. When I’m stressed or worried I just make a list: What are you afraid of? And start jotting down in bullet points. It seems so banal, but it’s always helpful. Everything becomes more clear. And clarity is power. Once what’s troubling you stands clearly in front of you you are reminded that everything is figureoutable.

I published the Samma Samādhi by Frank Berzbach on our website. Samma Samādhi means the “right collection”, the ability to concentrate, which is the main engine for a creative life.

Sunday we went to the Bastille market with our friends Alex & Gila, and to the Fondation Louis Vuitton for the Mark Rothko exhibition. Being in this building and staring at Rothko paintings was a meditative experience.
